Artículo primero. El artículo primero del Decreto número 1012 de 1961, quedará así: Corresponde a los Gobernadores de Departamento, Intendentes y Comisarios, con la intervención de los respectivos Secretarios de Educación, la adjudicación del 80% de las becas nacionales asignadas a la respectiva sección.

Parágrafo

En lo que respecta al Gobernador de Cundinamarca, esta delegación no comprende la adjudicación de becas en los establecimientos situados dentro del Distrito Especial de Bogotá.
