Los profesores en el ejercicio de la docencia no podrán ser trasladados de un establecimiento a otro sino por propia solicitud o cuando el cambio redunde en beneficio del profesor o de la educación. En estos casos el Rector del establecimiento el Director Nacional de la Sección respectiva dejarán constancia en una acta firmada por ambos de los motivos del, traslado.
