Acreditación. Las personas naturales o jurídicas que adquieran títulos de afiliación, acciones o aportes en clubes con deportistas profesionales, deberán acreditar ante la Superintendencia de Sociedades cuando ésta lo requiera, la procedencia de sus capitales o patrimonio. Igual obligación tendrán los actuales propietarios cuando sean requeridos por la mencionada entidad.
