El miembro del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional, se encuentra en comisión cuando, por disposición de autoridad competente, ejerce las funciones propias de su cargo en lugares diferentes a la sede habitual de su trabajo, o atiende transitoriamente actividades oficiales distintas a las inherentes al empleo de que es titular.
