Los espectáculos públicos deportivos en los cuales se presenten selecciones deportivas nacionales oficiales, en competencias que no sean amistosas o de preparación, estarán exentos del impuesto de que tratan los artículos 4º de la Ley 47 de 196.8 y 99 de la Ley 30 de 1971. Para el efecto, la respectiva Junta Administradora Seccional de Deportes expedirá, certificación sobre el carácter de la selección.
