Salvo lo dispuesto como régimen especial por el presente Decreto, a las Escuelas Normales Superiores les serán aplicables las normas reglamentarias que rijan para los establecimientos de educación preescolar, básica y media, cuando tales niveles sean ofrecidos directamente por dichas instituciones.
