En todo caso, el acto administrativo mediante el cual se dé por terminada la actuación de un Consejo Seccional dentro de un proceso disciplinario, deberá ser confirmado, modificado o revocado, según el caso, por el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería correspondiente, por vía de apelación o de consulta.
