Art. 1.° Las Juntas de proteccion a los inmigrantes estranjeros, creadas por el artículo 1.° de la lei de 9 del corriente, tendrán un Presidente, un Vicepresidente Tesorero i un Secretario, elejidos por ella misma el dia de su instalacion. Tendrán para su servicio económico un reglamento dictado por ellas mismas. Tendrán sesion ordinaria en los dias que prescriba el reglamento, i estraordinaria en aquellos en que convoque el Presidente. El desempeño de las funciones de miembro de la Junta se considerará, para los efectos legales, como el de desempeño de un empleo nacional.
