Art. 33. Como se ha calculado que cuarenta y siete cajetillas de cigarrillos de las que actualmente se introducen ó fabrican en el país pesan un kilogramo, si se introdujeron ó fabricaren cigarrillos en cajetillas de mayor ó de menor peso, el impuesto se pagará en proporción, esto es, á razón de 94 centavos por kilogramo, ó dos centavos por cada 213 miligramo.
