Artículo tercero. El personal actual de la División de Empleo y Recursos Humanos que sea incorporado a los empleos que se determinan mediante el presente Decreto deberán tomar posesión de los mismos si hay variación en la denominación, clase y categoría, caso en el cual no requerirán otra formalidad que la firma del acta respectiva y el pago del impuesto de timbre correspondiente a la diferencia de remuneración.
