Las entidades públicas que tengan servicio de atención al público, deberán establecer dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la promulgación de la presente ley, una ventanilla preferencial para la atención a las personas mayores de 62 años con el fin de facilitar y agilizar las gestiones que realicen.
