Artículo único. La venta de los bienes que aún quedan por enajenar, de los que fueron desamortizados a virtud del decreto de 9 de setiembre de 1861, no se adelantará ni se perfeccionará hasta que se dicten por el poder ejecutivo los decretos i disposiciones convenientes en la materia.
