- Cuantía de la pensión . El valor de la pensión mensual vitalicia de jubilación será equivalente al setenta y cinco por ciento (75%) del promedio de los salarios y primas de toda especie percibidas en el último año de servicios por el empleado oficial que haya adquirido el status jurídico de jubilado, por reunir los requisitos señalados por la ley para tal fin.
