El Tribunal Nacional de Etica Odontológica enviará en las oportunidades en que elija tribunales, los nombres de sus integrantes al Ministerio de Salud para que, si lo considera conveniente, manifieste su oposición al nombramiento de cualquiera de los miembros del Tribunal sometido a su consideración. El nombramiento se entenderá perfeccionado y considerado en firme si pasados treinta días hábiles, contados a partir de la fecha de recibo de la consulta por parte del Ministerio, éste no se hubiere pronunciado sobre el particular.
