Articulo 52. Los buenos oficios que se presten entre si las instituciones de Ios Países Miembros, según lo preceptuado en el artículo 22 del Instrumento, serán gratuitos. Habrá, lugar al reembolso cuando la institución que preste sus buenos oficios haya tenido que efectuar pagos a terceros en razónde los mismo.
