Las personas que sin cumplir los requisitos aquí mencionados se anuncien o desempeñen como Terapistas Ocupacionales, Tecnólogos o Técnicos Intermedios sin estar legalmente habilitados para ello conforme a este Decreto y a la Ley 31 de 1982, ejercen ilegalmente y en consecuencia se harán acreedores a las sanciones establecidas por los responsables de la vigilancia y control institucional y por la ley para tales casos.
