º. Como artículo 77 del Decreto 1697 de 1936, quedará el siguiente: Artículo 77. Para los peruanos en territorios fluviales colombianos de las cuencas del Amazonas y del Putumayo no regirán las disposiciones de este Decreto en cuanto ellas sean contrarias al Acta Adicional al Protocolo entre Colombia y el Perú, firmado en Río de Janeiro el 24 de mayo de 1934.
