º . Funciones de la División de Producción y Desarrollo Tecnológico. La División de Producción y Desarrollo Tecnológico, desempeñará las funciones relacionadas con las actividades de producción en el sector agropecuario, forestal y pesquero; con la investigación, transferencia de tecnología y asistencia técnica en este sector; con la organización institucional del sector y con la situación financiera de las entidades oficiales relacionadas con éste. Para el ejercicio de dichas funciones se tomarán en cuenta las disposiciones sobre manejo ambiental.
