° Pérdida del auxilio de cesantía. Cuando la terminación del contrato de trabajo o de la relación reglamentaria se produzca por causas que la ley señala como suficientes para perder el derecho de cesantía, la respectiva entidad lo comunicará al Fondo, a fin de que la cesantía sea retenida mientras se produce la correspondiente decisión judicial.
