Vencidos los traslados de que trata el artículo 55 de este Código, el Juez señala día y hora para llevar a cabo el sorteo de los Oficiales o Suboficiales que han de integrar el Tribunal Militar, lo que debe hacerse dentro del quinto día siguiente al pronunciamiento de dicho auto.
