Desde la vigencia presupuestal siguiente a la sanción de esta Ley, se apropiará en el Presupuesto Nacional la suma de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00) moneda corriente, en cada año, hasta completar la cantidad de un millón de pesos ($ 1,000.000.00), para atender a la dotación, mejoras y nuevas construcciones de la Escuela Normal Superior de Varones de Pitalito, para dotarla de campos de deporte.
