Autorízase a la empresa Siderúrgica Nacional de Paz de Río para señalar el porcentaje de empleados, contratistas y obreros extranjeros, consultando, para el efecto, las conveniencias generales de la Empresa. Esta podrá pagar en moneda extranjera, dentro o fuera del país, el valor de los sueldos o emolumentos de los empleados, obreros y técnicos extranjeros.
