Las instituciones educativas que ofrezcan educación formal d e acuerdo con lo establecido en 1 Ley 115 de 1994, dirigida primordialmente a personas sordas, adoptarán como parte de su proyecto educativo institucional, la enseñanza bilingüe, lengua manual colombiana y lengua castellana. Igualmente, estas instituciones definirán las condiciones de edad para cursar estudios en las mismas y diseñarán estrategias administrativas y pedagógicas que faciliten y promuevan la integración educativa y social de sus educandos.
