Para útiles de escritorio del ciudadano Presidente, hasta $ 120 Capitulo 9.° Secretaría de Gobierno (Material). Art. 21. Para escritorio y alumbrado de la Secretaría do Gobierno hasta la terminación de la actual vigencia económica., hasta $ 500 Art. 2.° Estos créditos figurarán en la cuenta de la Secretaría de Gobierno como lo dispone el Reglamento de Contabilidad, vigente, y se dará cuenta de ellos al Congreso para los efectos del artículo 1,331 del Código Fiscal.
