Juntas Administradoras Seccionales del Deporte. Son funciones de las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales del Deporte, las siguientes: 1. Ejecutar en el territorio de su jurisdicción los planes y programas que sobre la educación física, deportes y recreación adopte Coldeportes. 2.... 3. Elaborar y adelantar planes y programas específicamente regionales sobre deportes y recreación, en concertación con entidades públicas o privadas, dentro de las políticas que para tal efecto señale Coldeportes. 4. Proyectar y realizar, con la aprobación de Coldeportes, la construcción de instalaciones deportivas, de educación física y de recreación, en sus correspondientes jurisdicciones. 5. Las demás que le fijen el Gobierno Nacional y Coldeportes.
