El reconocimiento y pago de los derechos pensionales de Telecom y sus Teleasociadas liquidadas, seguirán rigiéndose por las normas vigentes sobre la materia y, en consecuencia, en caso de que los recursos de su liquidación sean insuficientes, las respectivas obligaciones laborales estarán a cargo de la Nación, Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, de conformidad con lo previsto por la Ley 651 de 2001 y el Decreto-ley 254 de 2000.
