En el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia y en los subsiguientes se apropiaran partidas hasta de cincuenta mil pesos ($50,000) con destino a darle cumplimiento a la presenta Ley, y en caso de omisión, el Gobierno queda facultado para abrir a los presupuestos los correspondientes créditos adicionales.
