El Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte por intermedio de la Dirección de Carreteras o cualquier otra dependencia a la cual corresponda, dispondrá las tareas de adecuación, conservación y mantenimiento de las mismas por conducto del Distrito de Obras Públicas número 13, con sede en la ciudad de Villavicencio.
