Las nuevas explotaciones agropecuarias que se realicen en las zonas de colonización a que se refiere el artículo 81 del Decreto 2247 de 1974, deben estar Ubicadas en áreas que de acuerdo con el concepto del Instituto "Agustín Codazzi", tengan, aptitud agrícola y pecuaria, y que tales explotaciones se ejecuten siguiendo normas técnicas que tienden a conservar el equilibrio de los ecosistemas, de acuerdo a las instrucciones impartidas por el Instituto de Recursos Renovables (Inderena). El contribuyente deberá acompañar a su declaración de renta y patrimonio el concepto del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, el cual deberá señalar la fecha de iniciación de la respectiva explotación.
