Art. 2.° Tan pronto como las circunstancias del Tesoro lo permitan, el Secretario del Tesoro i Crédito nacional fijará la mayor suma que en cada mes pueda sacarse a remate en dinero para la amortizacion de los documentos de deuda flotante de que tratan los artículos 2138, 2139 i 2140 del Código fiscal. En consecuencia los $ 30,000 de que habla el citado artículo 2140 del mismo Código, solo se completarán cuando mejore la actual situacion fiscal.
