º . Quórum deliberativo y decisorio. La Junta Nacional de Educación podrá deliberar con la mayoría absoluta de sus miembros y adoptará sus decisiones con el voto mayoritario de los miembros presentes en la respectiva reunión. Un resumen sucinto de las deliberaciones y la totalidad de las decisiones adoptadas, con su respectiva votación, se hará constar en actas, registradas en el libro respectivo, y suscritas por el Presidente y el Secretario de la Junta. La Junta designará para las funciones de secretaría a uno de los secretarios técnicos y establecerá su período y funciones.
