El individuo que además del título de bachiller tenga el de ingeniero, médico o veterinario, o certificado de estudios en alguna de estas profesiones, puede si fuere designado para prestar el servicio activo; elegir un cuerpo de ingenieros de sanidad o de caballería para ingresar como aspirante a oficial de reserva de ingenieros, oficial de sanidad o veterinario militar, respectivamente; bajo las prescripciones del artículo anterior.
