Las certificaciones sobre el ejercicio del cargo de Gerente General, cuando se haya, posesionado ante el Ministro, así como de los miembros de la Junta. Directiva, serán expedidas por el Secretario General del Ministerio de Agricultura. Las de los demás funcionarios del Instituto serán expedidas por el Gerente General o por la persona a quien éste delegue tal atribución.
