Devolución del comisorio . El comisionado remitirá al comitente toda la documentación relacionada con la actuación que se haya cumplido. Cuando no hubiere remate por falta de postores, el comisionado remitirá inmediatamente al comitente la comisión para que este resuelva lo que corresponda. (Decreto 890 de 2003 artículo 6°)
