°. Objetivos . La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro tendrá como objetivos primordiales. 2. 1. Orientar, vigilar, inspeccionar y controlar el servicio público notarial. 2.2. Asesorar al Gobierno Nacional en la fijación de las políticas y los planes relacionados con los servicios de notariado y de registro de instrumentos públicos. 2.3. Prestar del servicio público del registro de instrumentos públicos y, dirigir, disponer la organización y administración las oficinas de registro.
