Daño En Bien Ajeno

El que destruya, inutilice, haga desaparecer o de cualquier otro modo dañe bien ajeno, mueble o inmueble, incurrirá en prisión de seis (6) a doce (12) meses. Cuando el monto del daño exceda de diez (10) salarios mínimos mensuales legales la pena se incrementará hasta en otro tanto, siempre que la conducta no constituya delito sancionado con pena mayor.
