Art. 107. Las sumas que figuran en la cuenta de anticipaciones provenientes de gastos previstos se legalizarán á más tardar dentro de dos meses contados desde la fecha de la imputación. Cuando dichas sumas provengan de gastos no previstos, la legalización se hará tan pronto como se obtenga la apropiación de la suma necesaria. Si la anticipación se hace por deficiencia del crédito otorgado, la legalización se hará inmediatamente que se abra el crédito suplemental respectivo.
