Modificación Nivel de Supervisión. Cuando a juicio del Superintendente de la Economía Solidaria la situación jurídica, financiera o administrativa de alguna de las entidades vigiladas así lo requiera, en ejercicio de las atribuciones previstas en el numeral 19 del artículo 36 de la ley 454 de 1998, éste podrá someter a cualquier entidad a un nivel de supervisión más elevado y aplicar los principios de supervisión que corresponda.
