La Comisión Nacional de Territorios Indígenas y la Mesa Permanente de Concertación, serán instaladas por el Viceministro de Desarrollo Rural del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural y por el Ministro del Interior, respectivamente, en el término de treinta (30) días contados a partir de la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto.
