° Los funcionarios que sean incorporados en la nueva Planta creada en el artículo 2° de este Decreto continuarán devengando el salario que les correspondía en la anterior Planta de Personal hasta la fecha de la posesión en el nuevo cargo de la Planta que se establece en el artículo 2° del presente Decreto.
