El dolo, la culpa grave y los actos meramente potestativos del tomador, asegurado o beneficiario son inasegurables. Cualquier estipulación en contrario no producirá efecto alguno, tampoco lo producirá la que tenga por objeto amparar al asegurado contra las sanciones de carácter penal o policivo.
