No habrá compraventa si los contratantes no convienen en el precio o en la manera de determinarlo. Pero si el comprador recibe la cosa, se presumirá que las partes aceptan el precio medio que tenga en el día y lugar de la entrega. El precio irrisorio se tendrá por no pactado.
