Los fondos de que trata el artículo 1º de esta Ley, serán manejados por la Junta del Centenario que nombre el Concejo Municipal, en la cual deberá incluirse un representante del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y otro de la Contraloría General de la República, según lo dispuesto por la Ley 46 de 1946 .
