Faltas Disciplinarias Contra El Respeto Debido A La Función Pública

Constituyen faltas contra el respeto debido a la función pública o administrativa, las injurias y acusaciones temerarias contra los Servidores, Funcionarios o Administradores Públicos y demás personas que intervengan en los asuntos profesionales, sin perjuicio de reprochar comedidamente o denunciar por los canales competentes las faltas cometidas por dichas personas.
