Apruébase la creación de la Provincia de Sumapaz, en el Departamento de Cundinamarca, de que trata el Decreto legislativo de 7 de Noviembre de 1895, quedando segregado de ella el Municipio de Viotá para ser anexado á la Provincia de Tequendama, de la cual hacía parte antes de la expedición del acto legislativo expresado.
