ARTICULO 517 . Condición para la revocatoria . Para los efectos del artículo 74 del Código Penal, se considerará que el liberado condicionalmente ha cometido un nuevo delito, una vez se halle en firme la sentencia que lo declare responsable. La revocación podrá decretarse por el juez de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad de oficio o a petición de los encargados de la vigilancia.
