El pago del aporte y auxilio ordenado en el articulo 1° de este Decreto su manejo e inversión y la rendición de las cuentas correspondientes a la Contraloría General de la República, se efectuarán con arreglo a las normas administrativas y fiscales vigentes para esta clase de erogaciones, y a las especiales, que dicte dicha Contraloría en desarrollo del presente Decreto.
