Indemnización Por Muerte

ARTICULO 158. Indemnización por muerte. A la muerte de un Alumno de que tratan los artículos anteriores en actividades relacionadas con su preparación profesional o del servicio, sus beneficiarios en el orden establecido en el artículo 161 de este Estatuto, tendrán derecho a que por el Tesoro Público se les pague una indemnización igual a doce (12) meses de sueldo básico de un Cabo Segundo.

Parágrafo

Si la muerte ocurriere en actos especiales del servicio, la indemnización se pagará doble.
