La Dirección y Administración de la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria estarán a cargo del Director General, quien ejercerá sus funciones de acuerdo con la competencia y atribuciones que le fije el presente Decreto, los decretos reglamentarios y las disposiciones que le lean aplicables.
