Adiciónase un numeral al artículo 485 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, así: “3.7 No remitir, a más tardar el 1° de abril de cada año a la dependencia competente de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, los estados financieros y el certificado de Cámara de Comercio en los que demuestre el cumplimiento del requisito patrimonial mínimo exigido por la norma aduanera para el respectivo año.”
